• For Junior Medical Laboratory: Born not earlier than 27.07.1993 and not later than 26.07.2002. (both dates inclusive)

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION :

• For O.T. Assistant: Intermediate (10+2) passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) and One year working experience in Fifty bedded Hospital.

• For E.C.G. Technician: Matriculation (10th) passed with One year Handling experience E.C.G. Machine.

• For Pharmacist: Intermediate (10+2) passed with Science and Two years Diploma in Pharmacy. Should be registered with any State Pharmacy Council.

• For Junior Medical Laboratory: Intermediate (10+2) passed in Science with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology and One year relevant experience.
