Age Limit: Born not earlier than 01/01/1986 and not later than 31/12/2003. 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION :

• For ANM: Intermediate (10+2) passed in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Arts / Health Care Science (Vocational) Stream with English as a compulsory subject with minimum 40% aggregate marks.

• For GNM: Intermediate (10+2) Passed with Physics, Chemistry & Biology. Registered as ANM with State Nurses Registration Council.

• For MPHW (Male): Intermediate (10+2) Passed.

Admission Process: Admission will be based on performance in the Merit List / Academic Record / Written Test.
