- For Craft Instructor: Certificate from ITI in relevant trade / Three years Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade / Bachelor Degree in Engineering in relevant trade.
- For Instructor Millwright, Technical Assistant (Junior) and Maintenance Mechanic: Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Two years experience.
- For Employability Skills Instructor: MBA / BBA with 2 years experience / Bachelor Degree in any stream with 2 years experience.
- For Workshop Calculation and Science Instructor: Degree in Mechanical Engineering and One year experience OR Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Two years experience.
- For Workshop Attendant: Matriculation (10th) passed with Certificate from ITI.
Application fee :
- General / OBC / EWS : 100/-
- There is no fee for SC / ST / PwD / ESM / Female candidates.

Pay Scale:
- For Workshop Attendant: Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
- For Other Posts: Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
