• For Medical Assistant (12th Pass Holders): Born not earlier than 02.01.2004 and not later than 02.01.2008. 

• For Medical Assistant (Degree / Diploma Holders) [Unmarried Candidates] Born not earlier than 02.01.2001 and not later than 02.01.2006. 

• For Medical Assistant (Degree / Diploma Holders) [Married Candidates] Born not earlier than 02.01.2001 and not later than 02.01.2004.

Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 50% marks OR Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy with 50% marks.

Fees: Rs. 100/- for All candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
