- For Blood Transfusion Officer (18 to 35 years as on 16.02.2026): Born not earlier than 17.02.1990 and not later than 16.02.2007. (both dates inclusive)
- For Other Posts (18 to 30 years as on 16.02.2026): Born not earlier than 17.02.1995 and not later than 16.02.2007. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Blood Transfusion Officer: MBBS or Equivalent, State Medical Council registration and minimum 5 years experience in Blood Bank/Transfusion Services.
- For Store Keeper : Bachelor Degree in Mathematics / Economics / Commerce / Statistics + MBA / Master Degree in Mathematics / Economics / Commerce / Statistics / Finance with minimum 50% marks.
- For Junior Engineer: Degree / Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade.
- For Pharmacist Grade-II: Diploma in Pharmacy and Should be Registered with State Pharmacy Council.
- For Receptionist: Graduate + Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism / Public Relations
- For Sanitary Inspector Grade-II : Certificate in Sanitary Inspector + 4 years experience in relevant field.
- For Junior Photographer: Diploma in Photography with 2 years experience / Matriculation (10th) Passed with 5 years experience as Photographer.
- For Dental Mechanic Grade-II: 10th Passed with Science, 2-year course in Dental Mechanics from recognized institute
- For Hand Prosthesis Technician: 10th Passed, ITI certificate in Turner / Fitter / Machinist / Metal trades, minimum 5 years experience.
- For Dark Room Assistant Grade-III: 10th Passed, 1-year Diploma/Certificate in Radiography or Dark Room Assistant course.
- For Animal Keeper: 10th Passed, with Science, minimum 2 years experience in handling laboratory animals
- For CSR Assistant Grade-II: 10th Passed, with Science, 1-year certificate course in Operation Theatre Assistant.
- For Technician Grade-IV (Manifold Room / Plant): 10th Passed, ITI in relevant trade OR Minimum 5 years practical experience in relevant field.
- For Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade): 10th Passed, valid Heavy Motor Vehicle driving license, minimum 3 years driving experience.
- For Technician Grade-I (Laundry): 10th Passed, ITI certificate in relevant trade, minimum 2 years experience.
- For Security Guard Grade-II: 10th Passed, must meet prescribed Physical Standards and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
- For Laboratory Attendant Grade-II: 10th Passed, with Science subject.
- For CSR Assistant Grade-II (Sangrur) : 10th Passed, with Science, Operation Theatre Assistant certificate.
- For Technician Grade-IV (Manifold Room / Plant – Sangrur) : 10th Passed, ITI in relevant trade OR required experience.
Fees: Rs. 1500/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates, Rs. 800/- for SC / ST candidates and There is no fees for PwBD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
