Age Limit:

• For ANM & MPHW: Born not earlier than 01.01.1988 and not later than 31.12.2005. 

• For GNM: Born not later than 31.12.2005. 

Qualification:

• For ANM: Intermediate (10+2) passed in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Arts / Health Care Science (Vocational) Stream with English as a compulsory subject with minimum 40% aggregate marks.

• For GNM: Intermediate (10+2) Passed with Physics, Chemistry & Biology. Registered as ANM with State Nurses Registration Council.

• For MPHW (Male): Intermediate (10+2) Passed.

Application Fee :

• General : 1000/-
• BC / SC / EWS / EsM / FF / PwD : 750/-

Admission Process: Admission will be based on performance in the Merit List / Academic Record / Written Test.
